- One licensed civil engineer assigned to review your site
- Any installer you choose to contact
We do not sell or trade personal information. Our coordination service is supported by participating licensed engineers and installers. Homeowners are not charged for coordination.
Form submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in a secure Google Sheet managed exclusively by Hawaiʻi Cesspool Help.
5. Data Retention
Submitted information is retained only as long as needed to complete coordination and comply with local recordkeeping requirements.
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all form submissions sent to our Google Apps Script backend. Stored information resides in a password-protected Google Sheet accessible only to Hawaiʻi Cesspool Help administrators. However, no online transmission is completely secure, and users submit data at their own discretion.

8. Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website performance and visitor flow. This service sets cookies on your browser. Data is aggregated and not shared beyond this purpose.
